Abby is doing great today! She is so alert. They are looking for a bed for her in the official step down unit now so we can get off the CICU. She took her entire bottle by mouth today, which is amazing progress. Hopefully, they will take out her feeding tube today also. We sure hope so. It would be a huge relief to go home without it.
She is still having the same problems with her rhythm though. The doctors are watching it and hoping it clears up on it's own, but we are deinitly a bit concerned about it. So now we wait, and it looks like there is a good chance we'll be going home soon!
